Admission step-by-step:

1. Submission of the application form.
2. Payment of the 100 EUR application fee. 
3. Review of the uploaded documents by the Centre for International Programmes and Alumni, and forwarding the application to the Faculty for a professional decision.
4. Approval by the Faculty and the completion of the language requirement, issuance of the Order for Payment, and payment of the first year's tuition fee and a 130 EUR accommodation fee.
5. Financial Directorate confirmation regarding the arrival of the tuition and accommodation fee payment.
6. Issuance of the Letter of Admission.
Please ensure all formal requirements are fulfilled. Note that only the Faculty can make a professional decision based on your documents.  


Professional requirements:

Bachelor studies: Copy of secondary/high school graduation results, copy of courses studied. For the fields of engineering, agricultural and business and administration studies, evidence of the study of mathematics is required (school leaving certificate final results).
Master studies: Bachelor’s degree relevant for the Master studies. Transcript of records of Bachelor studies.
PhD: Master studies in a relevant field and the Transcript of Master studies.

Formal requirements:

Only students over the age of 18 are admitted.
Admission is granted only if students meet the professional, language, and formal requirements and pay the required fees.
All applicants must submit the following documents in English Language:
Completed and signed application form (please ensure that your personal data appear correctly, as shown on your passport. You will receive the filled application form via email).
A copy of your passport.
A notarized copy of the secondary high school diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree depending on the relevant application.*
A notarized copy of the Transcript of Records.*
A copy of your language certificate.
A recent photograph.
Curriculum Vitae (resumé).
Motivational Letter addressed to our University.
Academic Reference letter (Issued by your former academic institution/teacher).


*Notarization by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is necessary for every school leaving document or degree, even if the original is in English.
If the country of origin is a Member of the Hague Treaty, then Apostilled documents are accepted.

English language requirements:

TOEFL 513 / IELTS 5.5 /oral examination, TOEFL IBT test score of 66 (issued in the last two years)
Certificate of any standardised international English language exam corresponding with Hungarian B2 at the Bachelors level and C1 at Master’s level issued by an accredited language centre/ academic institution. 
In case the student has completed his/her previous level of studies in English, proof can be uploaded about the fact that the language of instruction was English, issued by the institution.
If the uploaded document(s) do(es) not meet the above-mentioned requirements, the University relies on an online language interview. 


Application fee and tuition fee payment process:

Application fee: EUR 100 (non-refundable)
Tuition fee payment: 2 semesters’ tuition fee + 1 month accommodation fee (130 EUR)

Before paying the 100 EUR application fee, you need to submit your application.
An application will only be considered if the application fee has been transferred to the bank account of the University, confirmed by the Financial Directorate and all the required documents detailed above are submitted.

The University reserves the right to launch programmes based on the number of eligible applicants. Applicants or their representatives will be notified of the decision as follows:
