Mobilities during Scholarship Programme for Christian Young People

BSc/ MSc/PhD students may participate in short-term scholarship granted mobilities: • Maximum 10 days, keeping the SCYP and permitted to receive mobility grants
MSc/PhD students may participate in short-term scholarship granted motilities in EU: • Maximum 10 days, keeping the SCYP and permitted to receive mobility grants · 11-30 days, keeping the SCYP grants, but not permitted to receive mobility grants. Documents required stated in: Operational Regulations, Annex 5 • For study trips lasting more than 30 days, participants will lose the SCYP grants and will not be eligible to receive any mobility grants either. III.3.2. The scholarship holder is obliged to reside habitually in Hungary as follows:
a)…
f) During the study period, the scholarship holder is allowed to attend foreign conferences, internships or other study visits related to shorter research, studies (not exceeding 10 working days). Master’s and PhD students with excellent academic results may apply for a study trip within the European Union if their studies or research topic justifies it, in which, in the case of a successful application, they can participate with a consent statement from the faculty dean of the given institution and the written permission of the Director General of HHA. The scholarship holders are also entitled to student allowances during the study trip abroad. (see also: III.9. Double funding and other scholarships).
g) If the intended stay is for the purpose of paragraph f) but for a period of 11 to 30 days, it may take place once in the semester, and it belongs to the competence of the institution to allow it, in which case the support should not be withdrawn.
h) Stay abroad for the purpose of paragraph f) but for more than 30 days shall also be permitted only once per semester, in which case the scholarship and accommodation costs shall not be paid to the scholarship holder for the study period concerned, and the institution receives the cost for the semester only if the stay is in the sending country, and in case of a non-sending country the institution can receive only a flat-rate organisation cost.
