This year again, the Fresher’s and Alumni Ball was the most important autumn event for the students of Széchenyi István University, where more than a thousand students and alumni partied until dawn in the Győr City University Hall. After the swearing-in ceremony and the presentation of the first-year students' badges, György Korda and Klári Balázs, followed by the Suncity Brass, moved the participants, who then rocked to the NECC party's percussive sets until dawn.
Széchenyi István University hosted a professional event based on the linQ Catalyst methodology of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 12 to 14 November. The programme aims to generate health innovations that will contribute to the advancement of medicine and improve people's health.
With cyber-attacks causing billions of dollars of economic damage around the world every year, cybersecurity has become a key issue for public organisations, companies and even individuals. A professional and academic conference on the current issues was organised by Széchenyi István University, where the first educational programme of legal experts in the field was launched in Hungary.
