"By 2050, most cars on the road will be electric," stated Prashanth Doreswamy, CEO of Continental India, in an online lecture to students and teaching staff of Széchenyi István University. The executive, who leads a subsidiary of one of the world's leading automotive suppliers, spoke about the challenges and future of electromobility.
The latest space communications technologies, satellite services and space exploration were the focus of this year's World Telecommunications Day conference. The event was held for the 15th time at Széchenyi István University with the special support of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH).
Last May, the SZEnergy Team won both the energy efficiency and autonomous categories, closing the world's largest energy efficiency race, the Shell Eco-marathon, with a double victory and breaking its own previous world record. The team from Széchenyi István University in Győr has set the bar even higher than usual this year, aiming for a double title, if possible with another world record. Before travelling to the race venue, they presented their completed developments.
