SZE: the Audi Development Camp returns with even more professional challenges
The Audi Development Camp, the summer bootcamp of Széchenyi István University of Győr and Audi Hungaria, will bring even more professional challenges in 2023. The English-language camp will provide project-based training for Hungarian and international students to teach motivated, hard-working and challenge-seeking students how to get the most out of their careers.
The entire programme of the camp was put together in close cooperation between Széchenyi István University and Audi Hungaria's Technical Development Department, as well as industrial partners such as dSPACE and Gamax Laboratory Solutions.
The innovative summer course provides a fully project-based education for students studying BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Automotive Engineering. During the month-long camp, young people will solve real-world industrial challenges in teams on Hardware-in-the-Loop/Software-in-the-Loop simulation and engine application.

Of course, the camp not only provides the students with tasks, but also with the relevant education. The students will participate in professional lectures and workshops during the first week, and then work in teams on professional projects defined by the organising companies and the university. In addition to theoretical training and group work, the young people will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of extra leisure activities, including visits to the Győr campus of Széchenyi István University, the ZalaZONE automotive test track in Zalaegerszeg, units of the Audi Hungaria Győr and the city of Győr.
The winning team of the Audi Development Camp will receive exclusive Audi products, and the most talented ones will even have the opportunity to build a career in Audi Hungaria's Vehicle Development or Engine Development departments and related fields.

The fee covers accommodation, partial board and participation in professional and leisure activities. The most promising students will be awarded a scholarship and will be exempted from paying the €2200 programme fee.
The aim of the event is to provide motivated, hard-working and challenge-seeking young people with the opportunity to learn the most innovative development methods in the automotive industry and how to make the most of their careers.
Bootcamp date: 2-29 July 2023.
