The assessment found that the institution organizes several camps for primary school children of university staff. The university's holiday home on Lake Balaton can be used by all staff and their families. Mothers returning from maternity leave will also be offered part-time and / or flexible employment, which in the future will be expanded with the possibility of working from “home office”.

On Women’s Day, the university management granted one day’s special leave to all female staff at the institution. Employees are also offered English language courses and housing assistance.
