Széchenyi Uzbek student wins prize for best English-language presentation
The Neumann János Computer Science Society Business Informatics Research and Education Forum, a professional organisation, organised its 17th annual conference in Veszprém.
With the event attended by academics, researchers, industry professionals and students, the prize for the best presentation in English was awarded to Ulugbek Bayboboev, a Master's student in Business Informatics at Széchenyi István University, who spoke to the audience on "The importance of cloud technologies in everyday life", summarising the results of his research in Uzbekistan.
The authors of the best presentations at the conference will be given the opportunity to publish in the Hungarian language GOKOF and English language SEFBIS journals after double-blind refereeing.

The event provided an excellent opportunity for participants to present their work and results on the topic, exchange views, build research networks, strengthen links between business and education and exchange useful ideas. At the end of the event, the organisation held its annual general meeting, during which Dr Ferenc Erdős, Associate Professor at Széchenyi István University, responsible for the Bachelors and Masters courses in Business Informatics, was elected as a member of the Board.
