The third and final round of the three-game final was held on 14 April at the Győr Ice Sports Centre. The team of Széchenyi István University, UNI Győr ETO HC, competed for the Andersen League Challenge Cup against Lehel HC from Jászberény and won it with their third victory.

In the Andersen League final, which went down to three games, the Győr team was already 2-0 up after a confident home win and a hard-fought away win. Once again, the atmosphere was good, with more than 600 spectators in attendance. The ceremonial puck toss was performed by Dalma Sebestyén, swimmer, outstanding athlete of UNI-Győr Swimming SE, student of Széchenyi István University, one of the ambassadors of this year's MEFOB Fest in Győr, who won eight medals in the national swimming championships, making her the most successful swimmer.

UNI Győr ETO HC, like in their previous home game, put a lot of pressure on the visitors' goal straight from the start whistle, but the visitors took the lead. ETO quickly equalized from a man advantage and took the lead in the second period. The Green and Whites made it clear in this period which team was the better team and went 4-1 up. In the third period they increased their lead and at 5-1 there was a minor scuffle on the ice, which resulted in five players receiving permanent suspensions. Lehel was unable to continue the game and the game ended with the home team winning.

The home team put a lot of pressure on the opponent's goal.
