Sub-programme of the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme

The Students at Risk Programme is a sub-programme of the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme. Its goal is to provide assistance to students and doctoral candidates whose studies or research are interrupted because of war, catastrophe, prosecution etc.

The Students at Risk Programme provides scholarships for Ukrainan students fleeing the war in Ukraine.

Submitting the Application

• All applications should be submitted through the online application system of Tempus Public Foundation: Apply online! - Stipendium Hungaricum
• After registration, applicants are able to access the application system and upload their application documents. For your information, no hard copies are required.
• Please make sure that the application is actually submitted, not only saved.
