An exhibition of photographs by photographer Dániel Havasi has opened at Széchenyi István University, focusing on the theme of two-way migration. The photographs, focusing on people and faces, were taken in nine countries, including Iran, Algeria, Japan and the Hungarian-Serbian border.
Széchenyi István University attaches great importance to serving the development of the region and the country with internationally high-quality education, research and development activities and quality services. In this spirit, the institution will start the first phase of the construction of its Health Technology Campus in the summer.
The Wind Ensemble of the Northern Iowa State University gave a joint concert with the Győr Symphonic Band, the wind ensemble of Széchenyi István University, in the University’s Concert Hall. In her opening speech, Dr Eszter Lukács, Vice-Rector for International Affairs at Széchenyi University, emphasised that, like a strong-winged bird, education in the Arts at SZE, a leading university in the field of engineering, creates balance.
