An important goal of the RUN-EU project is to help member universities to get to know each other better and to explore the possibilities of cooperation in the fields of dual education, short advanced programmes (SAPs) regular student mobility and research. This is the purpose of the Exploratory Mission, an event to be hosted by Széchenyi István University, Győr, from 4 - 8 April 2022 for its six partner institutions (Polytechnic of Leiria - Portugal; Polytechnic of Cavado and Ave - Portugal, Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest – Ireland; NHL Stenden - The Netherlands, HAMK University - Finland and FH Vorarlberg - Austria).
The Erasmus+ scholarship programme has been updated, so students of Széchenyi István University can now spend not only several months abroad, but also much shorter periods of 5-30 days or two months at one of the more than 200 European partner universities. What has not changed is that life-enhancing experiences, new contacts and valuable experiences await those who apply by 8 March. It is important to note that those who are currently only in their second active semester can also apply.
Beside the most modern automotive test track in Central Europe, Széchenyi István University continues to strengthen its presence in the ZalaZONE Park. Another important step in this direction was the holding of the topping out ceremony for the two buildings of the Science and Innovation Park. The investment will further improve the institution's position in the field of innovation.
