Students from Széchenyi István University successfully participated in the 23rd International Accounting Week competition in Belgium, where students from several European countries competed in teams of four. Their teacher, Dr. Katalin Borbély, successfully prepares her students year after year. Their participation was supported by the University's Erasmus+ mobility programme.
Széchenyi István University has commemorated the Revolution and Civil War of 1848-49 with a dignified ceremony. Doctorates were also inaugurated then, and the institution’s prestigious awards were presented to those who made a major contribution to the development of the institution with their work.
The priority research areas of Széchenyi István University include autonomous systems and artificial intelligence. The institution presented its achievements and recent innovations in the development of modern technologies at the AI&Aut Expo in Budapest to considerable interest. The Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems Open Day was attended by renowned experts in the field, both nationally and internationally.
