Széchenyi István University is fully prepared to welcome international students and provides them not only with high-quality education but also with attractive living conditions, said Miklós Lengyel, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, during his visit to the institution, which was occasioned by the anniversary of the Stipendium Hungaricum higher education scholarship programme next year.

Széchenyi István University is not just a workplace, but a community in which the family has a special place. That is why once again this year the institution’s trade union organised a Santa Claus party for the children and grandchildren of the staff.

In addition to high-quality educational and research activities, social responsibility is also important for Széchenyi István University. In this spirit, for Advent the institution supported the residents of a state-run children's home via the Children's Nutrition Foundation.
